Our Selection
Below are the common items you may find at our Pantry:

Shagbark Hickory Syrup
Some people call shagbark hickory syrup a “poor man’s maple syrup,” but you will find that it is rich in flavor! It is not made from the sap of a hickory tree, but rather the bark.

Sourdough Bread
Freshly baked sourdough bread - always a hit!

Elderberry Jelly
Locally foraged elderberries are cooked, strained and the juice is combined with cane sugar and brought to temperature. A unique berry flavor!

Black Raspberry Jelly
Made from wild black raspberries foraged from the area and made into a delicious jelly!

Peach Jam
Peaches grown on the property have delicious flavor and are now available to spread on your favorite bread or top ice cream. Yum!

Blackberry Jelly
Made from blackberries, wild and cultivated, foraged by hand from the area and made into a delicious jelly

Redbud Syrup
Redbud flowers are infused in hot water, strained and then sweetened. They are a good source of vitamin C.

Dandelion Syrup
Freshly opened dandelion petals are infused in hot water, strained and sweetened.

Black Walnuts
Black walnuts are locally foraged, cured and then carefully cracked to provide large pieces of walnut meat. They have more of an earthy flavor than more common english walnuts. Roasting removes the bitter skins.
